1. INTRODUCTION

The City of Lenexa (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants with similar, relevant experience to provide a parking study and analysis of parking conditions present and future in Lenexa City Center.

2. SUBMITTAL OF PROPOSALS

Proposals shall be due by the above time. The consultant may submit the proposal electronically or in-person.

3. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The City of Lenexa is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a parking study to provide information on the current and projected state of parking in the Lenexa City Center area. The study will provide information on the location, type and use of parking spaces. This is a growing and expanding area. Land uses and parking spaces will be constantly changing so the City will be looking for assistance to manage and maintain a database and information to help guide the need for and management of parking throughout the study area for now and into the future.
