General Notice

City of Cameron, Missouri (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Sanitary Sewer Main Extension - Highway BB West of Interstate 35

HDR Project Number 10389127

Sealed bids clearly labeled “Sanitary Sewer Main Extension Bid” must be received by the Office of the City Clerk, located at 1304 N. Walnut Ste. 200, Cameron, MO 64429, or by mail to P.O. Box 20, Cameron, MO 64429 by Thursday February 5th, 2026 at 2:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Extend 12-inch sanitary sewer main South from the City’s existing 24-inch sewer main just East of the City’s Animal Shelter, along the East side of the cemetery fence continuing with a bore under highway BB to about 50 feet south of the south Right-of-Way of Highway BB, for a total of about 1,600 feet of 12-inchsanitary sewer main.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a Unit Price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.

Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows:
