Sealed Proposals will be received by the City of Wildwood Department of Public Works, 16860 Main St., Wildwood, MO 63040, Until the above time and will thereafter be publicly opened and read aloud in the Community Room.
The proposed work includes the successful implementation of the Landscape Bed Maintenance Program for landscape islands in and landscape areas adjacent to Manchester Rd, Route 100, Route 109, and Strecker Rd.

Plans and Contract Documents be previewed or purchased in hard copy or electronic form from Drexel Technologies at https://projectbids.drexeltech.com/ or by calling (314) 872-0900.
For those projects with a total cost greater than $75,000.00, Missouri Annual Wage Order No. 29 as of June 13, 2022, shall be used.
All contractors and subcontractors are subject to and must comply with the Safety Program Training requirements of Section 292.675 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri.
All requests for clarifications on these bidding documents must be received in writing at least one week prior to the bid opening.
The CITY intends to issue the Notice to Proceed on or about March 20, 2026 with an anticipated start date of April 1, 2026
The City of Wildwood hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, religion, creed, sex, age, ancestry, or national origin in consideration for an award.
Based on the bids received, multiple contractors will be selected to address the diverse maintenance requirements of the City of Wildwood. The City will award contracts based on the bids that, in its sole discretion, are the lowest responsible bids. The City of Wildwood reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject any and all bids in whole or in part, to waive technicalities or deficiencies in any or all the bids, to negotiate with any or all bidders or others for more favorable terms or prices, and/or to award the Contract to other than the bidder submitting the lowest cost bid, with or without negotiation.
