Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 P.M., on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing water treatment chemicals in accordance with the Agreement set forth in Section D herein for:

TIME LIMIT: Not Applicable

The term of the agreement for Water Treatment Plant Chemical Purchase (WA2604) will run until December 31, 2026. At the termination of the Original Term or an Extended Term, the Parties may execute an amendment to the Agreement to extend the Agreement for a one-year Extended Term. The Parties may agree to extend the Contract Agreement for no more than two (2) one-yearExtended Terms.
