The City of Harrisonville, Missouri, invites interested firms to submit technical qualifications for services as described herein. Three (3) copies of the submission must be received by the City Engineer, 300 East Pearl, P.O. SUMMARY OF REQUEST
Project Description
1. The City of Harrisonville is seeking responses from experienced and qualified Consultants to provide engineering services for approximately 65 miles of Mapping of the Water Distribution and Wastewater Collection Systems (each), including but not limited to CCTV Data Management, Computerized Maintenance Management System, Capacity Management Operation and Maintenance, Data Maintenance and Access, and Quality Assurance and Quality Control. The work shall consist of the evaluation and receiving of all of electronic data; i.e. AutoCAD drawings, and paper maps documentation into a GIS System, including ArcGIS, ArcMap, ArcReader, etc., and the compiling of all data into a GIS system and the preparation of cost estimates in accordance with the City of Harrisonville standards as described in the Exhibit A, Scope of Services.
SCHEDULE
Although this is a qualification only submittal, there is urgency to complete the above requested information by April 1, 2026. The Consultant shall address their willingness and ability to complete work within this limited timeframe.
SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS
The City of Harrisonville is soliciting professional services in accordance with this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The following general guidelines are provided for your use and information.
Proposal Submission
Five (5) copies, or one (1) copy and a digital copy of the qualifications shall be submitted to the Engineering Department of Public Works.
