Waynesville Career Center & Freedom Elementary School Mechanical Systems Upgrade - Waynesville, MO

The Waynesville R-VI School District is requesting proposals for the Waynesville Career Center & Freedom Elementary School Mechanical System Upgrades, 400 G.W. Lane Street, Waynesville, Missouri 65583 & 286 Eastlawn Avenue, St. Robert, Missouri, 65584, respectively. Proposals are due by 2:00pm CDT, October 7, 2025 at the Waynesville R-VI School District – 200 Fleetwood Drive, Waynesville, Missouri 65583. A pre-bid conference will be held at 2:00pm CDT, September 16, 2025 at the Waynesville R-VI School District – 200 Fleetwood Drive, Waynesville, Missouri 65583, for all prospective bidders. While the pre-bid conference is not mandatory, a scheduled site visit prior to bidding is required. Contract documents will be available on September 9, 2025. A bid bond, in the amount of 5% of the bid, is required from all bidders. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of the contract amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Faxed bids will not be accepted. The scope of work consists of mechanical system upgrades at both of the existing facilities. There will be separate contracts for each facility.
