Remodel of the Jones Store at 95th & Metcalf.
Work to generally include the following:
selective demo, concrete cut & patch, masonry, structural and miscellaneous steel, miscellaneous carpentry (blocking, fixture installation, etc), doors, frames and hardware, glass & glazing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, toilet accessories, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical.
Subcontractors must be able to comply with requirements listed in Spec Section 00045 - Qualification of Subcontractors
>Pre-bid has been changed to July 1st at 1:00 pm. It is not mandatory, but is recommended.

>Please review Proposal Form. In order for Weitz to submit a complete proposal, we need bids to be submitted with separate pricing for each of the 11 Bid Items.
>Base bid is to be per plans and specs, but Voluntary Alternates and Substitutions are encouraged and can be submitted with the bid.

Project manual and drawings may be requested from the eDistribution center on Kelly's Imaging's web site. A non-refunable fee of $86.00 plus shipping, per set, which includes one (1) copy of the project manual and one (1) full size set of drawings. Payment must be recieved before release of documents. Checks shall be made payable to Kelly Imaging. The project manual and drawings become the property of the propective bidder and are not returnable.
