This project is comprised of (17) Apartment Buildings and (1) Clubhouse with total building square footage of 225,430 SQFT on 17 acres located in Kansas City, KS. The scope will include, but is not limited to the following: structural, excavation, shoring, slab on grade, curb and gutter, site utilities, asphalt, cast stone, structural steel, wood framing, engineered trusses, insulation, roofing, concrete, tile, caulking, fire stopping, water proofing, doors and windows, blinds, drywall, painting, flooring, vinyl wall covering, cabinets, counter tops, fire sprinkler, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
This project will be a HUD Financed Project with the latest residential prevailing wage determination as of 6/4/10 that all trades will be required to pay for work completed on the project site.
