The works consists of roughly 14,900 SF of addition to the east side of the existing building. The work shall be priced as follows and will be clarified in a bid form as part of an addendum which will soon follow: Base Bid:
Building addition scope and dependent sidewalks, utilities, landscaping, etc. Alternate #1
The asphalt drive, curbs, storm sewers, electrical lighting, landscaping, etc. involved in connecting the existing circle drive on the north side of the building to the new entrance planned at Prairie Star Parkway. Alternate #2
The asphalt drive, curbs, electrical lighting, landscaping, etc. involved in installing the new parking lot shown northwest of the existing building. Start Date
The work is assumed to commence on July 1, 2007 and be completed by March 1, 2008. Existing Conditions
