This project is comprised of one (1) 11,560 SQFT building located in Kansas City, MO. The scope will include but is not limited to the following: Structural excavation, shoring, slab on grade, curb and gutter, site utilities, asphalt, brick, cast stone, structural steel, wood framing, SIPS panels, engineered trusses, insulation, TPO roofing, concrete, tile roofing caulking, fire stopping, water proofing, doors and windows, aluminum storefronts, drywall, painting, flooring, vinyl wall covering cabinets, counter tops, fire sprinkler, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical. This project will be a LEED Certified project.
All bidders are to bid the project per the plans and specifications and will be required to fill out the bid form without exception. Bids must include all applicable sales and use taxes and cost of the limits of insurance indicated in the attached sample insurance certificate.
Bid forms are available at www.neighborsconstruction.com or at the Neighbors Construction office located at 9800 Legler, Lenexa, KS 66219. All bidders, who are MBE and WBE certified, are to attach MBE and WBE certification to proposal and bid form if applicable.

Plans and specifications may also be purchased on CD or a download for a non-refundable fee of $60.08. Bidding Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges. Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Drexel Technologies.
