The Project consists of a new outdoor aquatic center, which includes a lap/diving/shallow pool, a wading pool, and a lazy river having a combined water surface area of 19,296 square feet. Water features include an open flume waterslide, a drop slide, a family slide, one-meter springboard diving, three-meter springboard diving, water spray features, water play structure, toddler slide, and other related items. Building structures include a bathhouse, having an approximate square footage of 3,500 and a filter building, having an approximate square footage of 3,000. Site work includes walks, fencing, concrete deck, and other site related work.
