The Project provides for the reconstruction and widening of Shawnee Mission Parkway from a point just west of Pflumm Road to Halsey Street, a distance of approximately 1,900 meters. The Project includes asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, sidewalks, curb and gutter, storm drainage system, concrete block retaining wall construction, driveway entrance, traffic signals, pavement marking and signing, roadway lighting and other related improvements.
