A non-refunable fee of $268.00 plus shipping, per set, which includes one (1) copy of the project manual volume 1 & 2 and two (2) full size sets of drawings. Payment must be recieved before release of documents. Checks shall be made payable to Kelly Imaging. The project manual and drawings become the property of the propective bidder and are not returnable.
