Scope of Work specifically includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Complete construction of extension B of Shoal Creek Parkway per contract documents, Field verify existing site conditions to complete the work, All hoisting requirements to complete the work, and Contractor to provide alternate site access form Staley Road when existing temporary site access is removed or altered during road construction.

General Provisions:

All excavation work shall be unclassified and shall include rock excavation if required. Contractor is responsible for removal of excess spoils to an on-site location on the contract drawings. Excess suitable materials will be disposed of according to the Geotechnical Reports. Location of existing utilities as required for this work. Reference Section 01500 - Temporary Facilities, for additional information. See the Construction Management Safety Policy for additional safety requirements. All layout and staking. This Contractor is responsible for coordinating inspections and making sure items are complete and ready for inspection in advance. Provide notification to appropriate person(s) and agencies for all testing and inspection associated with this work. Provide all unloading, staging, and miscellaneous handling for work under this package. Coordination and cooperation with other Contractors that interface with this scope of work. Protection of other trade's work, including adjacent materials and/or work in place.




Job Purchase Information:
Sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from Kelly Imaging for a Refundable fee of $100.00 per set if plans and specs are returned to Kelly Imaging in good condition within fifteen (15) days of the bid opening.
