The project is briefly decribed at follows:
Bid section I - Parking Improvements - Project Work shall consist of construction of a 0.65 acre parking lot with associated sidewalk, storm sewer, and landscaping. Work shall include all excavation, piping, pipe bedding, backfilling, grading, compaction, painting, lighting, curbing, asphalt surfacing, site grading, seeding, and all other incidental work for a complete as shown on the plans and described in the project specifications.
