Inside the existing Stables Casino, the primary Men?s and Women?s Restrooms will be renovated. Selective demolition work shall include, but is not limited to: removal of the existing acoustic lay-in ceiling system, HVAC diffusers and return-air grills, light fixtures, toilet partitions, mirrors, VCT flooring, rubber wall base, plastic laminate vanity top, existing built-in paper towel dispenser / waste receptacles (currently not used), toilet accessories and all plumbing fixtures including water closets, urinals, sinks and faucets.

New work includes, but is not limited to: a new 2x2 acoustic lay-in ceiling, new architectural lighting, new HVAC diffusers and return-air grills, stainless steel toilet partitions with textured finish, wall vinyl and glass wall tile, porcelain and / or granite floor tile, new mirrors, granite vanity tops with under-counter mounted stainless steel sinks, infrared faucets and soap dispensers mounted in the vanity top, new toilet accessories and new plumbing fixtures all with infrared sensors.

All Bidders are REQUIRED to visit the location of the work to verify conditions under which the Work will be performed prior to issuance of Final Addendum on Monday, September 8, 2008.
