Raymore-Peculiar School District will receive Bids for the Parking Lot Improvements Project, located in Peculiar and Raymore, Missouri.

The scope of the work for the base bid includes the total replacement of approximately 3,800sf of parking lot at Shull Elementary School. Alternate number one will include the addition of an overflow parking lot at Bridle Ridge Intermediate School that is approximately 22,000sf. Alternate number three includes grading at Bridle Ridge to create a level play field.

Bids must be on a Lump Sum basis.

Sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from Drexel Technologies for a Refundable fee of $35.00 per set if plans and specs are returned to Drexel Technologies in good condition within 10 Days of bid opening.
