The Project consists of the Interior Demolition. Remodel, Interior Finishes, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection work for the 12000+/- SF Radiology/C-Section Remodel at Geary Community Hospital. The Radiology/C-Section Remodel consists of demolition and remodel work of the existing Radiology department and remodeling an existing OR and surrounding area into a C-Section suite. The Scope of Work includes misc. concrete work, misc. steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, interior sealants, fire stopping, doors, frames, hardware, mirrors. drywall work, ceramic tile, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, sheet vinyl flooring, carpet. wall coverings, painting, specialty items, plumbing, medical gases, hydronic piping, ductwork, new AHU's, insulation, controls, Fire sprinklers, electrical systems, fire alarm, low voltage systems, communications cabling, etc.
