The work of this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required and performing all construction, installation and testing of all improvements, and additions, as shown on the Drawing and specified in these Specifications. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to : new piping; valves, pumps, and appurtenances; process, mechanical, and other equipment; electrical, instrumentation, and controls; excavation, dewatering, and backfilling; structural and architectural work, including plumbing, heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; grading, paving, drainage, painting; miscellaneous work and cleanup. Major items of the work include the following as shown on Sheet G-4 of the Contract Drawings: 1. Mobilization, 2. New Secondary Clarifiers No. 1, 2 and 4, 3. Secondary Clarifier Influent Flow Distribution Structure, 4. RAS/WAS Pumping Station/Building E2, 5. Associated Yard Piping, 6. Site Work and Access Roads, 7. Electrical, Complete, 8. Instrumentation and Controls (I & C), Complete, and 9. All Other Miscellaneous Work.

A non-refundable fee of $150.00 plus shipping (per set), which includes one (1) copy of the Project Manual and one full size (22 x 34) set of Drawings, must be received before release of documents. Checks shall be made payable to Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. One set of half-size (11 x 17) drawings can be purchased for an additional $25.00, plus shipping, only after purchase of a full set of documents. Please provide your UPS or Fedex number if you would like this shipped to you. There will be no refund of the deposit.
