Job Description:
The contemplated work consists of construction of an 8,640 ft2 outdoor pool and a 4,100 ft2 indoor pool. Structure over indoor pool with dressing rooms and office. A new 83? by 164? gymnasium with basketball court and meeting rooms addition to the existing Family Recreation Center Improvements, complete and ready for use.

A non-refundable fee of $125.00 plus shipping, per set, which includes one (1) copy of the Project Manual and one (1) full size set of drawings must be received before release of documents. Half Size sets with spec book are available for a non-refundable fee of $75.00, plans in half size are also available after a purchase of a full size set for a non-refundable fee of $30.00. Please provide your UPS or FEdex number if you would like this shipped to you. Please note that the information to Bid stated that the check was Refundable it is not. Checks shall be made payable to Kelly Imaging. There will be no refund of the deposit. The project manual and drawings become the property of the prospective bidder and are not returnable.
