The work as described by the drawing and specifications includes in general terms, but not limited to: Installation of new underground electrical service and replacement of existing electrical switchgear; installation of new acoustical grid ceilings; replacement of some existing acoustical grid ceilings; replacement of existing window systems with new windows and stud wall/EIFS systems; replacement of certain exterior entry systems with new doors and frames; remodeling of the existing office area: miscellaneous painting; replacement of carpet; removal of boiler and existing heating systems; installation of new HVAC system; upgrade domestic hot water system; replacement of lighting fixtures; upgrade intercom and fire alarm systems; and all other work indicated on the drawings and included in the specifications. Meadowbrook School is located at 6301 N Michigan Drive in Gladstone, MO.
