Prints will not be available on this project until 2:00 on 12/6/02. Gracemor Elementary School consists of a Media Center/Administration addition, classroom renovation, and new roof top mounted HVAC systems. The project scope is defined on Contract Documents prepared by Kevin Cowan Architects on 6 December, 2002. JE Dunn is acting as Construction Manager for the Project and will coordinate all bidding and construction.
The Work includes a 5,000 SF Media Center/Administration addition, sidewalks, landscaping, interior renovation for thirteen (13) classrooms and cafeteria, and a new HVAC system to provide air conditioning to the entire School. Construction systems include, but are not limited to, landscaping, concrete, unit masonry, structural steel, metal deck, carpentry, pre-manufactured metal panels and trim, modified bituminous roofing, aluminum windows and entry doors, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, FRP doors hardware, glass/glazing, interior finishes, plumbing, heating-ventilating-air conditioning, electrical and lighting.

Bidders may obtain bid documents from Kelly Imaging for a refundable deposit of $100.00 per set. Make checks payable to North Kansas City Schools. Mail checks to: Kelly Imaging, Attn: Distribution, 10840 West 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214-1632. Plans must be returned by January 29th, 2003 in good condition for refund.
