The project consists of constuction to Gashland & Maplewood schools; Gashland is located at 500 NE 83rd Street, Kansas City, MO 64118 and Maplewood is at 6400 NE 52nd Street, Kansas City, MO 64116. The work as described by the drawings and specifications includes in general terms, but not limited to: Remove and replace exterior aluminum window and glazing. Replace with new EIFS metal panel and metal stud system and new windows. Install new acoustical ceiling and lights. Remove and replace HVAC system with new HVAC system and associated ductwork. Remodel designated portions of each building. New permanent power and lighting, voice and data as indicated in remodeled areas. BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FROM GENERAL/PRIME CONTRACTORS ONLY FOR THE ENTIRE SCOPE OF WORK AS INDICATED IN THE CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
