Willis Brothers, Inc. was the apparent low bidder on the North Annexation project in Kirksville, MO.

The project shall include but not be limitied to furnishing and installing: 71 L.F. of 4? PVC sanitary sewer pipe; 5,951 L.F. of 8? PVC sanitary sewer pipe; 1,824 L.F. of 10? PVC sanitary sewer pipe; 1,489 L.F. of 2? PVC force main pipe; 2,154 L.F. of 3? PVC force main pipe; 5,002 L.F. of 6? PVC force main pipe; 130 L.F. of 16? I.D. steel casing pipe by open-cut method; 27 - 4?-0? dia. pre-cast manholes; 240 L.F. of concrete encasement; four (4) pump stations and appurtenances; 15 service connections; site restoration; and all other appurtenances related to the completion of this project.
