Loyd Builders, Inc. is requesting subcontractor bids for a new 52,000 sf single story educational facility on 27 acres with 400 stall parking lot. Building structure will be slab-on-grade with pre-engineered steel frame and standing seam roof. Building structure will be brick/EIFS/glass. Building will house administration, general education classes, library, & simulated hospital and labs.
Interiors Package
Building structure, shell and site have already been bid. All interior work is being bid at this time. Package includes metal stud framing/insulation/drywall, painting, suspended ceilings, flooring, casework, specialties, etc. Mechanical, Plumbing & Electrical scopes have been awarded and are being completed under design-assist contracts.
