The City of Warrensburg is requesting bids for the Nassif Pool Upgrade Project. The project involves the site work for the Nassif Pool Upgrade Project for the City of Warrensburg, MO. The proposed project includes, but is not limited to, unclassified excavation and backfill, installation of various storm sewer structures and piping, approximately 20,000 square feet of new concrete slab on grade, approximately 7,300 lineal feet of new concrete sidewalk, concrete steps, ramps, and bleachers, paved parking lots, approximately 970 lineal feet of new chain link fence, fabric canopies, various electrical installations including in-pool and sight lighting, water service lines and assorted fixtures. This project is subject to Missouri Prevailing Wage.
