Phase I Work shall be substantially complete no later than December 16, 2011, Final completion of Phase I Work shall be no later than December 30, 2011. Phase II Work shall be substantially complete no later than July 27, 2012. Final completion of the Project shall be no later than August 10,2012.

Sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from Drexel Technologies for a Refundable fee of $250.00 per set if plans and specs are returned to Drexel Technologies in good condition within 10 Days of bid opening. Make checks payable to WNB Architects. Mail checks to: Drexel Technologies, Attn: Distribution, 10840 W 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214-1632.
Plans and specifications may also be picked up on CD or a downloaded for a Non-Refundable fee of $27.23 made payable to Drexel Technologies. Each general contractor may receive not more than two(2) sets of the bidding documents. Mechanical, plumbing, electrical, masonry and steel contractors may receive not more than one (1) set of bidding documents. No Partial sets will be issued
All other divisions may purchase a non-Refundable set of plans for $201.69 (Full Size) or $144.56 (Half Size) made payable to Drexel Technologies.
