1. Refer to "additional scope" worksheet in this excel spreadsheet and incorporate all the items that are listed. Place them in respective CSI number. If you are unsure where to place item, please contact Renee Riggs for guidance.

2. Provide dumpster cost for debris generated by seating and décor, kitchen package and Fullerton (if applicable), if not in your bid already.

3. Tile note, if pricing goes above s.f. pricing listed on additional scope sheet, please put difference on following lines: Floor tile 09.30.16.12 Wall tile 09.30.13.12 For example, base tile price for dining floor tile is $8.70, if tile selected is $9.70, you would put sq. ft. times $8.70 on line 09.30 the difference ($1.00 times sq. ft.) would go on line 09.30.16.12

4. There is no fire suppression required for this restaurant

5. Building will be provided and installed by Fullerton Building Systems. Please refer to attached. Proposal from fullerton to determine carpentry scope of work not completed by fullerton.

6. Store front , drive thru windows and air curtains provided and installed by Fullerton. Electrician to wire windows.
