Project Description: Maybrook Manhole Rehabilitation Project, Bid No. 23-035, includes, but is not limited to:
Furnishing all labor, material, equipment, tools, superintendence, and all other services necessary to perform the following construction work complete with appurtenances:
Removal and replacement of existing manholes as indicated on the Drawings, clean and prepare the interiors of existing manholes prior to the installation of cementitious and epoxy manhole liner material, installation of cementitious and epoxy liner material, frame and cover adjustments, replacement of existing manhole frame and covers, and site restoration.
The site is located in Lee's Summit, Missouri, as shown on the Drawings.
Engineer's Projected Cost Range: $200,000 to $300,000
