Pre-selected Contractors shall submit a bid on a General Contract including mechanical and electrical work for the exterior and interior renovations on the above referenced project by invitation only. Bids are to include all labor, applicable taxes, insurance, licenses, permits, tools, equipment, materials, services, supervision and incidentals necessary or required for the construction of the above Project as indicated in the Contract Documents.

Sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained from Drexel Technologies for a Refundable fee of $150.00 per set if plans and specs are returned to Drexel Technologies in good condition within seven (7) days of the bid opening. Make checks payable to 360 Architecture. Mail checks to: Drexel Technologies, Attn: Distribution, 10840 W 86th Street, Lenexa, KS 66214-1632. Contractors shall be limited to six (6) sets of full size Bidding Documents. Full or partial sets in excess of the six (6) sets of documents may be purchased at the Contractor's expense. A download or CD is also available for a non-refundable fee of 88.82 made payable to Drexel Technologies.
