The contract provides for: the reconstruction of three and a half blocks of streetscape including demolition of existing structures, pavement, and sidewalk, mill and overlay of approximately 44,900 sf of asphalt pavement, approximately 12,290 sf of 8? decorative concrete pavement, approximately 22,300 sf of plain and decorative concrete sidewalk, approximately 2,550 sf of concrete driveways,
approximately 2,100 tons of compacted aggregate base, decorative concrete crosswalk, various curbs and gutter, sidewalk ramps, storm sewer inlets and pipe, landscaping, street furniture, construction of gateway sign, 16? and 10? street lights and associated wiring, traffic signal replacement, pavement marking, signage, traffic control, erosion control measures, and construction staking.
