The work, Lee?s Summit City Hall; Bid No. 34-201, includes, but is not necessarily limited to:
The construction of a New City Hall facility consisting of an approximately 76,900 s.f. two-story building and associated site improvements. The work includes exterior and interior construction including architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, structural and elevators. Site improvements include demolition/abatement, utilities, storm sewers, sanitary sewers, hardscaping, landscaping, fountain, clocktower and paving. Construction will be accomplished in two phases. Phase one will be construction of the City Hall building and adjacent plaza. Phase two will be demolition/abatement of the existing Lee?s Summit Public Works office building and construction of a new on-site parking and drives.
