The project consists of the following: An existing 3,251 square foot basement space is to be finished out as classroom space. Work includes, but is not limited to, new saw-cut openings in existing concrete foundation wall, new concrete stairs, ramps and retaining walls, aluminum handrails, new interior metal stud walls with impact-resistant gypsum board, hollow metal door and window frames, hollow metal doors, wood doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, painting and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.
