Phase 1 "MEP Systems Upgrade" - consists of a single story building for the new mechanical equipment. In addition, a three story building will be constructed for a new elevator to be used to provide vertical circulation for staff use and back of house operations. Includes a new loading dock and related site work. New mechanical equipment, including three chillers, cooling tower, pumps, reheat units, fan coil units, air handling units, etc. A new electrical tower, reheat units, fan coil units, air handeling units, ets. A new electricial service to be included. Multiple construction trades (I.e. Dirt work, concrete, carpentry, drywall, and finish trades) will all be required for this phase.
