The work included under these Specifications consists of furnishing all items, materials, operations, or methods listed, mentioned, indicated or scheduled on the Drawings and or in these Specifications, including all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, temporary facilities, services and incidentals necessary and required for the construction and completion of the Project named in the Title page in accordance with the Contract Documents.
The building is 88,148 sq. ft.
Garages are 5,291 sq. ft.
Division Mechanical (Division 15000) and Electrical (Division 16000) is Design Build and WILL NOT BID.
Section 15500 Fire Suppression is to be Design Built to State and Local Codes - System to be NFPA 13 wet and dry.
Site and Utility Work, Exterior Roads, Parking, Walks and Concrete WILL NOT BID.

Full size copies of the contract documents and specifications may be obtained for $147.29 per set (non refundable). Plans and specifications may also be picked up on CD or a downloaded for a Non-Refundable fee of $27.26.
