New construction inside the old Unit #5 control room. This project generally consists of tenant build out for a new Training and Simulator Room. The scope of work includes: concrete floor topping, masonry, misc. steel, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, insulation, vapor barrier, sealants, fire caulking, hollow metal frames, wood doors, glass, hardware, drywall, tile, acoustical ceilings, static dissipative and standard VCT, paint, folding partitions, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, raised access flooring, casework, furniture, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.

ALL SUBCONTRACTORS SHALL PROVIDE UNION LABOR. There are four pre-approved electrical subcontractors: Progress Electric, ECA, Capital & RF Fisher.
