The project consists of the following: A roughly 16,200 square foot one-story child care facility. Work includes, but is not limited to, reinforced grade beam foundation system, wood truss framing, exterior wood framing with brick and cement fiber siding finishes, interior wood-framed walls with impact-resistant gypsum board, hollow metal door and window frames, hollow metal doors, wood doors, vinyl window system, asphalt composition roofing, suspended acoustical ceilings, painting, specialty casework and mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, security equipment. Site improvements include concrete drives, parking walks, sanitary sewer, and other utility extensions, driveway and sidewalk repair/replacement, re-routing of storm-water run-off, seeding of disturbed areas.
