This is a contracted project, and Woodco is the General Contractor. Construction is expected to begin May 2003. All bids should be sent to Woodco at 205 W. Walnut, Suite 100, Springfield, MO 65806 or faxed to 417-447-0041, by Monday, March 31, 2003 at 5:00pm. This project consists of two different phases, therefore, you must seperate your bids for each phase.
All bids are considered "as per plans and scope of work". No extras will be allowed at a later time for things you may have missed. Any Scope of work or other information provided does not relieve the subcontractor of reading the plans and Specifaction Book and including all of these items in their bid, and will be held responsible to complete the project as per plans.
You must send a copy of your insurance certificate with your bid. You must use the enclosed Bid Sheet and fill it out entirely. Incomplete bids will be returned. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Results of the bidding will not be immediately available. We will contact everyone when we are ready to award contracts. Please do not call our office for results of the bid. Direct questions concerning your bid to Dolph Woodman, at 417-447-0234, extension 112.

Each Lot plan can be purchased for a Non-Refundable Fee $100.00 from Kelly Imaging, plans are sold as Lot 1 and Lot 2 for $100.00 each. Make checks payable to Kelly Imaging. Subcontractors in the Springfield area plans may be viewed at the Dodge Office or the Springfield branch of the Builders Association as well as Woodco's office. No plans will be available for overnight check out.
