There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting at 10:00 a.m. on the 8th day of December, 2009, at Jefferson Park, 11th & Kickapoo Streets, Leavenworth, Kansas. All contractors wishing to bid must attend the Pre-bid Meeting. Sidewalk will tie in to existing ADA ramp on NW corner of 11th & Kickapoo Streets. It will access and encompass play equipment from corner, link play structures together, link to and encompass future swing set area, link 11th Street at site to be determined (ADA ramp), and link from play equipment N. to Kiowa Street through the park. Layout to be field verified at Pre-Bid Meeting
