A Portion of the existing unfinished enclosed building will be utilized to house the new clean steam equipment. A new concrete floor will be constructed only in the area where the equipment will be placed and a new room will be constructed. Existing structural system will be utilized for the pipe hanging and routing.

Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Process System will be added and connected into some of the existing equipment. Mechanical cooling will be provided for the clean steam room and new electrical service will be brought in from the existing electrical room in the adjacent buildings mechanical area. New sanitary sewer will be added and connected into a stub in pipe in the existing production facililities services. Process systems will be new as necessary to accommodate the new clean steam generator requirements.
