Corporate, certified, or cashier's checks shall be made payable to Shafer, Kline & Warren.

Any purchaser, upon returning the Contract Documents to Shafer, Kline & Warren, Inc., 216 N Jefferson Ave., Iola, KS 66749, promptly and in good condition, will be refunded $25.00.

Bidding Documents will be shipped only if the requesting party assumes responsibility for all related shipping charges.
