The project will include but not limited to the following major categories of work:
Contract A - Northview Pool: Construction of a new outdoor aquatic center, consisting of a
wading pool having a water surface area of approximately 390 sq. ft. and a swimming pool
having a water surface area of approximately 8,665 sq. ft. Water features include an open flume
waterslide, a drop slide, toddler slide, one-meter springboard diving, water spray features, water
play structure, and other related items. Building structures include renovating and expanding the
existing bathhouse and a new filter building. Site work includes access drives, walks, fencing,
concrete deck, shade structures, and other site related work.
Contract B - CiCo Pool: Renovation of an outdoor swimming pool, consisting of renovating an
existing Lap/Diving pool having a water surface area of approximately 5,460 square feet and
replacement of Rec Pool with a new pool having a water surface area of approximately 3,575
square feet. Water features include family slide, one-meter springboard diving, three-meter
springboard diving, water spray features, toddler slide, and other related items. Building
structures include renovating a 2,800 sq. ft. bathhouse. Site work includes walks, fencing,
concrete deck, shade structures, and other site related work.
TIME LIMIT: The Work for Contract A and Contract B shall be substantially completed on or
before May 6th, 2011 and completed and ready for final payment on or before May 27th, 2011.
