Subcontractor summits (small pre-bid meetings) will take place each hour on the hour January 29 and January 30, 2009 from the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Summit meetings are limited in size to provide more in depth discussions on the project, schedule, bidding procedures, bidding scopes, etc. To make an appointment please contact Bob Hillman at 913-236-2480 prior to January 28, 2009. All summit meetings will be held at the district office, 1520 North Plum Street, Hutchinson, KS with tours of the school following the meeting.
