The Project consists of construction of a sheriff's administrative and county jail facility of approximately 9,300 sq. ft. It is cinstructed on two levels.
The work includes selective, soil / structures stabilization, site and utility relocations, cast-in-place concrete, construction engineering concrete masonry walls, structural steel, architectural woodwork, single ply roofing, sheet metal, metal stud partitions, architectural millwork, hollow metal foors and frames, hardware, glazing, interior finishes, detention equipment/furnishings, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire/smoke detection, lighting, alarm systems and speciality security electronics, including certain design/build componants

A fee of $200.00 will be required; $100.00 is refundable if plans are returned within ten (10) days of bid date. Checks shall be made payable to Archetype. UPS or FED Express numbers will be required, or you may submit an additional check for $25.00 to cover shipping charges.
