The project scope at the existing Kansas City Greyhound Bus Terminal includes repair of the existing mini-crib retaining wall precast concrete units, demolition and removal of the top tier mini-crib retaining wall precast units, pruning of volunteer vegetation on the retaining wall, new landscaping, repair and rework of the existing landscape irrigation system, new chain link fence installation (with an alternate for a painted steel posts & steel rails fence) some concrete grade beam work, some earth work, and clean up of the area around the existing retaining walls. The project will be federally funded, so Davis Bacon wage rates are applicable.
