?The project consists of the following:
A roughly 18,200 square foot two-story addition to the Grandview Senior High School. Work includes, but is not limited to, drilled concrete pier and reinforced grade beam foundation system, steel framing with composite beam & deck system, exterior metal stud framing with brick, stone and E.I.F.S. finishes, interior metal stud walls with impact-resistant gypsum board, hollow metal door and window frames, hollow metal doors, wood doors, aluminum window system, standing seam metal roofing, SBS modified bituminous roofing, suspended acoustical ceilings, painting, specialty casework and mechanical / electrical / plumbing systems.
Limited site improvements include driveway and sidewalk repair/replacement, re-routing of storm-water run-off, seeding of disturbed areas.?
