The work described by the drawings and specifications includes in general terms, but is not limited to:
1. Maple Park Middle School
Provide a secure vestibule area, replace flooring, repaint classrooms, upgrade fire alarm and intercom system, improve existing HVAC in system, and provide air conditioning in the gyms, locker room, and kitchen. Provide a elevator addition as Alternate No. 1; and all other work indicated on the drawings and included in these specifications.
2. Fox Hill Elementary School
Provide a secure vestibule area, provide a new kindergarten addition, replace flooring, provide new exterior doors and hardware, balance existing HVAC
System; and all other work indicated on the drawings and included in these specifications.
