Remove and dispose of existing Carpet, Rubber base and seamless flooring in the areas designated on the drawings. Clean and prop all effected floors, provide new carpet tile and rubber base, resinous flooring with integral base in the areas designated on the drawings. Disconnect and temporary cap utilities, so kitchen equipment can be removed and moved until flooring work is completed. Reinstall all kitchen equipment and reconnect so kitchen is completely operational for school usage. Full sets of documents will only be issued to generals, flooring, plumbing, heating-ventilating-air conditioning, and electrical, bidders.
