The work consists of all Construction indicated on the drawings and specifications, including but not limited to the following: Concrete Footings, Concrete Foundations, and Below Floor Utilities. The components of the project shall include the following items, as well as other trades as documented in the contract documents. Site clearing, earthwork operation, concrete foundations, concrete and brick masonry construction, structural steel beams, columns and joists, metal fabrications, and other miscellaneous construction to coordinate all work with previous and future phases.

Up to 2 (two) Sets of Bidding Documents may be obtained for each subcontractor from Drexel Technologies for a Refundable fee of $150.00 per set if plans and specs are returned to Drexel Technologies in good condition within 10 Days of bid opening.
