The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. The work includes, but is not limited to, site preparation, site utilities, paving, foundations, cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, steel joists and decking, wood framing, heavy timber, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Type of Contract 1. Project will be contructed under a single prime contract. Phased Construction A. The Work shall be conducted in two (2) packaged in the following order. 1. Package one: Site, Structure, Under Slab Utilities and Roof Top Units. 2. Package two: Shell and Finish pagkage (to be issued at a latter date).
